Do I completely own my website and domain?
Every site we build is yours from day one — the domain is registered in your name, the website is hosted on infrastructure you control, and you have full admin access at all times.
How long does a website build take?
Most standard business sites take 4 to 8 weeks from brief to launch, depending on scope, content readiness, and how quickly feedback rounds happen. E-commerce or larger custom projects can take longer — we'll give you a clear timeline up front.
Are there any hidden or ongoing costs?
The build itself is a one-off fixed cost. The only ongoing costs are hosting and domain renewal (industry-standard, around NZ$20–40/month for a typical site), and optional maintenance or SEO packages if you choose to sign up.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Can I update the content myself after launch?
